Roy Diehl

Roy was born and raised in the Webster County area in and around Marshfield. He was raised in Church and made the decision to accept Christ as Lord and Savior of his life at the age of 14. He was active in the youth through his high school years. At a VBS when he was 15 he met Carmen. After dating for 5 years, she became his wife. Carmen is truly the love of his life. She has always been a strength and encouragement to him, supporting him fully.

Carmen is also active in the church and has a heart for all people. She has been a special education teacher in the past and is currently a Title 1 Reading and Math interventionist at Shook Elementary in Marshfield. They have raised 3 amazing boys. Their oldest son, Ty, is married to Meredith. He works at AC Electric and is taking electrical classes through OTC. Meredith works at First Home Bank. Brett, is employed at American Glass while attending Missouri State University. Their youngest Drew, recently graduated from Marshfield High School.

Roy is an avid sports fan and has always enjoyed watching his boys play sports through school while also being a coach, mentor and friend to many boys in the area. He is currently employed at Rost Concrete Form & Supply in Marshfield. Roy has a thoughtful and caring heart especially for the hurting and is always eager to help. He has been and elder or deacon for over 15 years. His favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” He loves God, His family and his church.
