Purpose

Welcome! When you walk through the doors of the Son-Rise Christian Church, you are among friends who are eager to share their love with you. Let us take a moment to tell you a little about us and what we have to offer you.
First, we have a clear purpose. We exist to serve God’s people by helping them strengthen their faith, grow in their knowledge and understanding of God and build relationships with each other..

This purpose reflects itself in several deeply held values here at Son-Rise.

First, We aim to exalt Jesus Christ, and to communicate the good news of abundant, eternal life that is available through Him.

Second, the Bible is our authority for both truth and behavior. We have no other creed. God’s word is enough.

Third, we really enjoy the celebration of worship. You will sense God’s presence in every service. Thanks for sharing with us. Hope to see you again soon!

Fourth, we offer programs that meet the needs of real people. Whether you are single or married, young or senior, parent or child, we have ministries that meet your needs.

Fifth, we encourage each individual, according to their gifts and abilities to be involved in some aspect of service. Each of us have been uniquely equipped by God to serve Him.
